Deboned Whole Chicken, Dry Brined for two days and cooked two ways.

Chicken Breast gently poached and topped with Scallion, Ginger, Garlic Relish

Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks are deboned and rolled up with Spicy Miso. Roasted until the outside is charred and juicy inside.

Wings roasted and sprinkled with Winter Truffle Sea Salt.

Yuzu Pickled Cucumbers.

Sekka Medium Grain Rice cooked with Chicken Stock.

Duck n Rice Platter

Duck that has been Dry Brined for Three Days and Smoked over Applewood. Crispy skin, and right underneath is a layer of fat that literally bursts when you bite into it.
Served with warm Sekka Medium Grain Rice, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and our Freshly Squeezed Orange Sauce.

Tender duck legs that has been seasoned with five spice and braised for two hours low and slow. Falls off the bone. Slowly pull the meat and get that money shot. Paired with handmade crepes, spring onions, cucumbers and our hoisin that's been made from scratch. Our secret for the sweetness? Anko Paste (sweetened red bean paste)
